What is a credit?
One credit is one AI generation step: an image, a video render, a voice-over or a transcription. A simple photo post costs a credit or two; a narrated product film costs more, because it is several steps. The rate card is printed in the app, so you can see the cost before you make the piece. Failed generations are never charged — if a render fails, the credits come back.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Studio stops making new pieces and tells you, in the app, which limit you reached and when it resets. Nothing is deleted, nothing already scheduled is cancelled, and you are never billed extra without choosing to move up a plan. You can keep reviewing, scheduling and publishing what you already have.
Who owns the content?
You do. Every piece Studio makes for your brand is yours to use anywhere, including after you cancel. We do not claim a licence over it and we do not resell it. The brand message you write is yours as well — it is your positioning, not our template.
Can I use it without connecting a social account?
Yes. Connecting a channel only adds scheduling and results. Without one, Studio still drafts your brand message, makes the content and keeps it on the review board, and you can download every piece at full resolution and post it yourself.
Why might auto-publishing not be available for my channel?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn each review an app before they allow it to post to your accounts, and that review is on their timetable, not ours. Where the approval is not in place yet, Studio shows that channel as unavailable with the reason, rather than accepting your post and failing quietly. Everything else keeps working.
Does it post anything by itself?
No. A piece has to be approved by you before it can be scheduled, and the schedule shows exactly where each post is going before it goes. When you publish immediately, Studio tells you which account it will land on and that it is public straight away.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a brand and its content, drafts and schedule go with it. Delete your account and we remove your workspaces, content and connected-channel tokens within 30 days, including from backups on their normal rotation. You can also disconnect any channel on its own, which revokes our access to that account immediately. Email info@bobwork.ai and we will confirm when it is done.
Is it just AI slop?
That is the thing we work hardest against. Every piece has to argue one pillar of your brand message and carry the proof for it, and anything on your never-say list is caught at review. The samples on the home page are real pieces from our own brands — judge it on those.
